AboutThe Story Behind Bunuru ElectricsBuilding A Better Industry For Everyone InvolvedSince the establishment of Bunuru Electrics by our cofounders in 2025, we’ve rapidly grown to become the sole indigenous electrical supply company servicing the Western Australian mining sector. It should be no surprise then that it’s a point of pride for our entire team to be able to represent our cofounder’s indigenous heritage and culture across multiple thriving, critically important industries in our state. Bunuru Electrics itself was founded with the aim of making a real difference to the mining and electrical supply sector in Western Australia. Through high-quality electrical procurement, authentic indigenous representation, and by helping mining companies, teams and contractors thrive in the industry with our support, we hope to grow the industry as a whole. Others in the industry may baulk at the way our cofounders and our team foster such a personal connection to our business, our team and our culture. But our cofounders strongly believe it’s our connection to our community and our roots that push us to work as hard as we do in procuring crucial hardware and materials for our clients. | |
| That’s why our cofounders were adamant that no matter the client, project size, or budget before us, our solutions would go above and beyond merely packaging and selling hardware. They wanted to truly make a meaningful improvement to the workflow and experience of our customers working weeks, months and years in the mines. It’s why, since day one, our team has strived to provide solutions instead of mere products for our clients. Solutions handpicked by our seasoned professionals who know the electrical industry and installation, shipping, and procurement process inside and out. At times, this approach has meant our business growth has taken a second priority to our customers: we take our time to be methodical and ensure each customer receives a solution that fits their needs. | This includes navigating taxes, customs checkpoints, logistics, shipping, and arriving at very remote mines, on time and in peak condition, despite the harsh WA weather. But our cofounders know this is the only way to do business. In the long term, they believe Bunuru Electrics can be part of successful, collaborative projects all across Western Australia. And how better to grow our industry and represent our indigenous community than as an industry leader. |
